Philadelphia-based food writer and blogger The Oyster Evangelist shared an appealing, good-for-you recipe for hummus with a twist this weekend and I couldn’t be more pleased to pass along the interesting variety. Here, the talented kitchen crusader crafts a blend that’s slightly more healthy, made with less oil and tahini, and 12 ounces of beets.
