As reported recently in the Reading Eagle:
One person can make a difference. Derek Fiorenza has demonstrated that over the past four years.
The 23-year-old Downingtown resident’s charity, Fiorenza’s Food for Friends, started by providing 25 meals at a homeless shelter in Coatesville in 2007. On Sunday, the nonprofit group served more than 1,500 meals at 14 homeless shelters in nine Pennsylvania counties.
Fiorenza reveals that, “It’s not about me; it’s about them.” To continue reading Fiorenza’s story, click here.
