One of my favorite things I did while promoting the contest was a live demo at the Phoenixville Farmers Market (www.phoenixvillefarmersmarket.org) last Saturday. For those of you that couldn’t make it, I’m sharing one of the recipes that I prepared at the market – Tomato-Cucumber Panzanella Salad.
