I am happy to have my first podcast feature Chef Sean Weinberg. Sean and his wife Kelly own Restaurant Alba in Malvern, PA, which is a fabulous restaurant featuring local ingredients, a wood-burning grill and an all-Italian wine list. Sean is fully committed to using local and seasonal items on his menu and he and Kelly have partnered with many farmers in Southeastern Pennsylvania to make sure their customers are getting the best of what’s available. My favorite dishes at Alba are the antipasto (which changes daily), mozzarella burrato, and pasta carbonara. Also, ANYTHING that is cooked over the wood-fired grill!

About Chef Steph: Stephanie’s love of food and cooking began at an early age when she would begin the dinner preparations for her family while her mother was on her way home from work. Being a smart kid, she new that if she helped with making dinner then she would not have to help do the dishes – a tradition she still continues today for family get-togethers and holidays! Today, Chef Steph is a personal chef who specializes in in-home culinary needs such as weekly meal preparations, dinner parties, food and wine pairings and cooking instruction.
