Great Valley Adventure Boot Camp is holding a Charity Fitness Camp on August 14 at 9 a.m. to benefit the children of Kevin Mengel Jr.
Most of us saw the news and or read the story in the Daily Local News over the past month about a local man, Kevin Mengel Jr., who was killed by his wife and her boyfriend. His young children need our help! Come on out to support a great cause and pump up your workout with Great Valley Adventure Boot Camp, Charity Boot Camp in West Goshen Community Park on Saturday, August 14 at 9 a.m.
For a minimum $5 per person donation to Kevin Mengel Jr.’s Children’s Trust, take an hour long Boot Camp class for the whole family, while feeling good about helping these young children through a difficult time in their lives. This event is meant to support our local charity while also giving our local community a chance to burn some calories and feel good about their contribution both mentally and physically. We recommend that you bring a set of small dumbbells (3-5lb), a good pair of sneakers and a water bottle. You should expect a fun energizing 1 hour workout for the whole family.
To register in advance for this event go to www.Workout4ACause.com or call 484-202-0010.
