Amazing Acres Goat Dairy, LLC of Elverson announces that, come spring, their goat farm and cheesemaking facilities are up for sale. As owners Debbie Mikulak and Fred Bloom mentions, they will retire this spring after 30 years of goat raising and a few years of cheese making. “We have a growing, successful artisan cheese business with customers and clients in Chester County, Philadelphia, Berks County, Delaware County and the State of Delaware. We also have participation in four farmers’ markets.”
Their home is also for sale along with the business. This is a totally turn-key operation and they will be happy to train the new owners.
Equipment includes:
- 35 gallon C Van’t Reit pasteurizer
- 50 gallon C Van’t Reit bulk tank, both with chart recorders
- 1 milking machine
- Nubian goats
- Many molds, and all other equipment needed to continue the business.
