A well-executed dinner is an incredible thing, especially when course after course unravels beautifully, creating a symphony of flavors that any food-lover would kill to encounter. What could be any better? If the said “symphony” is concocted by an acclaimed chef, or even more astonishing, several notable chefs who have gathered together to craft a dinner to forever remember.

And, just a few weeks back, that’s exactly what happened. At Applebrook Golf Club of Malvern, six leading, local chefs together premiered a six-course “Bounty of the County” feast, with all proceeds to benefit the Chester County Futures’ organization.

The show-stopping evening packed Aimee Olexy of Talula’s Table, Nick Farrell of Sovana, Peter Gilmore of Gilmore’s Restaurant, Roberto Guadagnini of Teca, Brad Clark of Applebrook, and Christopher Curtin of Eclat Chocolate in the kitchen–and, it must be said, each course unfolded even more incredible as the last. A lineup of 2010 Mollydooker Big Reds were also part of the festivities, both paired with each course and splashed in Chocolatier Chris’ gush-worthy truffles.
