Our friends over at OneNineFourSixZero recently spoke with the mastermind behind Toxi-KAB, a public service available along the Rt. 422 Corridor between Pottstown and King of Prussia – including Phoenixville, Collegeville, Skippack, etc. The service is available for pick-up at a moment’s notice, especially if you find you’ve been “over-served” and cannot drive.
