West Chester Rotaract is having a fundraiser for Wounded Warrior Project on May 20, 2011 in honor of Armed Forces Day. Wounded Warrior Project is a charity dedicated to honoring and empowering wounded warriors. Proceeds will go to aiding the brave men and women who sacrifice so much for our country.
The fundraiser is an open bar & buffet for only $25 on May 20 from 6 to 9pm at Barnaby’s in West Chester. West Chester Rotaract’s website, found at www.wcrotaract.com, has all of the details. They encourage people to buy tickets in advance through the website, at the Sovereign Bank located at 50 W. Market St., West Chester (open between the 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday through Friday), or from a West Chester Rotaract representative. A person will get free raffle tickets when they purchase tickets in advance.
Also, please pass the event info along to anyone that might be able to attend. More people attending = more soldiers get the help that they need, but more importantly, the help that they deserve.
