Just last week, Paramour (139 East Lancaster Avenue, Wayne) debuted their quick-and-satifying new lunch options that are ideal for daytime meeting, a quick bite before returning to the office or an afternoon with friends.
Every Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., guests can enjoy their two signature lunch options, which are both offered for $17 per person. The specials are as follows:
- The Relationship, featuring a half sandwich or two sliders and a choice of a cup of soup or a side salad
- Business Express, featuring a chef’s selection of hot entrée, a petite salad and dessert
The Relationship includes selections from Paramour’s “on bread” section of the menu like:
- half of a Chef’s Daily Sandwich Creation
- two Kobe Beef Sliders with Gruyere cheese, truffle aioli and pickled shallots
- two Lobster Rolls on brioche buns, avocado aioli and cilantro (seen to right)
And, each entree comes with a a cup of Caramelized Cauliflower Soup with Maine lobster and corn relish or a Fresh Side Salad.
For diners short on time, Paramour has introduced the Business Express Lunch. The Business Express features a weekly changing, three-course meal with all courses served together on a porcelain tray so guests can ‘get back to business’ at their own pace.
- Caramelized Diver Scallops over corn succotash served with a classic wedge salad and crème brulee for dessert
- Garganelli Pasta with braised artichokes served with heirloom beets and burrata salad and a cookie sampler for dessert (seen to right)
