Station Taproom’s much anticipated personal garden is well underway according to Sous Chef Kristin McCouch. The restaurant’s first-ever garden has planting beds installed, loaded with dirt and seedlings. This new addition to the Taproom’s facility will allow them to utilize the freshest microgreens, herbs and produce from the garden in the production of their usual delicious fare.
