West Chester Parks and Recreation is getting back in to the “swing” of things as their Swingin Summer Thursday are set to return the first Thursday of every month, beginning May 31. The special events take place from 6:30 to 9:30 pm on Gay Street in West Chester. Each first Thursday will feature food, clowns, artists, magicians, jugglers and loads of family fun. There will also be new musical performances every time and Town Dish has the exclusive line up of this year’s swinging good time.
