Second Course: Crab Salad – with watercress, corn arepa, chilis, and lime; paired with Allagash Grand Cru, brewed with a touch of peated malt and spiced coriander, sweet orange peel and a hint of anise; 7.2% ABV.
Third Course: Rabbit Sugo – served with house-made orecchiette; paired with Allagash Black, a Belgian-style stout brewed with two-row barley, terrified wheat, oats, roasted and chocolate malts and caramelized sugar; 7.5% ABV.
Dessert: Blood Orange Creme Brulee – with house-made biscotti; paired with Allagash Odyssey, a dark wheat beer aged for 10 months, a portion in oak barrels and the remainder in stainless steel tanks; 10.4% ABV.
The cost for this sure-to-be-extraordinary dinner is $45; seatings throughout the evening.
