We already shared the basics about where the event will be taking place and when—if you didn’t catch that article, read it here now. Now that the event is drawing near, several of the participating brewers have been revealed. Look for these brewers to be among the field of participants:

  • Lock & Key Brewing (Shawn Dutkiewicz, Keith Doyle, Jonathan Myers) from West Chester, the 2011 People’s Choice Winner (formerly known as Jokesh Brewing)
  • Rossbrau Brewing (Mark Ross) from West Chester, the 2012 People’s Choice Winner
  • Monty Leach, homebrewer from Allentown, the 2012 Best of Show Winner
  • Stephanie Smith and Jason Sturgeon, homebrewers
  • Five Mile Brewing (John Wible)
  • Holy Crow Brewing (Jason Young)
  • Shireen Khazamipour and Tim Dastis, homebrewers
  • Broken Dog Brewery (Corey Ross, Martin Etkins) from Downingtown

What beers will these talented brewers be pouring? Here’s just a taste: Lock & Key is planning on serving up its American Honey Wheat (aka “Dr. Jekyll”) and Black Honey Saison (aka “Mr. Hyde”). Monty Leach will be bringing a cocoa cayenne porter and a coconut hefegursten. Stephanie Smith and Jason Sturgeon have brewed up their Irish Pirate ale. Holy Cow Brewing will bring its Amity Island Ale and Farmhouse Ale. Shireen Khazamipour and Tim Dastis plan to serve their Reese’s Drunk Cousin Stout. And Broken Dog Brewery will treat attendees to its Karl Hungus Smoked Porter and Daddy’s Medicine American IPA. More brewers and brews will be added before the day of the festival.

This is one fest you don’t want to miss. Get your tickets early! The presale ticket price is $35, versus $45 at the door the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased here, with the presale price available until Wednesday, May 29.
