Brandywine Ballet’s 34th Annual Nutcracker Performance Runs Dec. 13 Through Dec. 22—Tickets on Sale Now

The Brandywine Ballet Company will be presenting its 34th annual performance of the Nutcracker starting on Friday, December 13! Tickets are now on sale for the show, which will run through Sunday, December 22. Young and old alike will leave the performance of this classic show with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads. For a special treat, consider attending one of the Nutcracker Teas, which will include refreshments, games, gift bags and the chance to meet costumed dancers from the show. Performances take place at Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall, located at 700 S. High Street in West Chester; teas are held at Philips Memorial Library, adjacent to the concert hall.

For even more Nutcracker fun, visit the Brandywine River Museum for a Nutcracker Family Workshop on Saturday, November 30, at 10 a.m. Brandywine Ballet Company dancers will greet families as they tour the holiday doll exhibition and make ballerina-themed crafts. Cost for the workshop is $6 for members, $12 for adult nonmembers, and $8 for child nonmembers (price includes museum admission). Tickets are limited!
