McCrossen’s Totally Awesome Monthly Pairings Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, January 16th at 7 p.m., and the theme is “Exploring the Alps.” General Manager and Sommelier Lauren Harris and Chef Townsend Wentz will team up yet again with DiBruno Bros’s Rocco Rainone for an evening of wine, cheese, and food pairings. There will be four courses for just $40 and still more details to come.
However, guests can expect red, white and sparkling Alpine-themed wine options. Lauren has scoured the wine world to bring the best to the table, and complementing these selections is Chef Wentz’s renditions of classic dishes—think hearty, wintry dishes with warmth and elegance.
