Frecon Awesome Cider Night Features Farm Fresh Food & Drink at Sly Fox Tasting Room

Need a proper cider education? Look no further than Frecon Farms, a respectable family-run farm in Boyertown, Pennsylvania that has, in the last few years, enhanced their apple crop by transforming it into a an all-local line of hard ciders.

The bottle-conditioned roster hosts three sparkling varieties including the dry and tart Crabby Granny; the easy-sipping, young crop-sourced Early Man, and the Hogshead, the strongest of the lineup, matured in oak and fortified with brown sugar and raisins.

Thirsty yet? The cider-making output’s hitting Sly Fox Brewery’s Tastin’ Room tomorrow night (Saturday, June 15) for a cider night, with two of their releases on tap for one night only. Better yet, Frecon Farms will be carting some of local-grown products in-house to pair with the tasting room’s menu.
