Are you ready? The heart-pounding excitement of the Iron Hill Twilight Criterium is coming to the borough July 6!
This full day of racing and family-friendly fun has something for everyone. Enjoy the Kinetic Physical Therapy Community Festival, featuring a business bazaar, food stands and fun activities. Get creative at the Market Street Block Party with sidewalk chalk, fabulous food, live music and an all-out party. Be sure to catch the Kids’ Race—where every kid between the ages of 3 and 10 who peddles his or her two- and three-wheel bikes toward the finish line is a winner.
At the end of the day, the Amateur Men’s Criterium pits top local riders of all levels of ability against each other as a prelude to the grand finale, the 9th Annual Iron Hill Twilight Criterium. Cheer on local and national athletes as they zoom through downtown streets at speeds in excess of 35 mph. The action begins and ends at the intersection of Gay and High Streets, home of the title sponsor Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant.
