Reveal your Local Restaurant Crush: Bridge Street Chocolates in Phoenixville

Pinpoint the exact moment that you fell in love: The first time that I walked into the store about two years and sampled one of Gail’s incredible, handmade sea salt drops. Also meeting Gail and Tom, who are fabulous people, helped solidify my love for the best chocolate store around!

Was it love over first bite (or sip)? Share the details of this mesmerizing taste: It was definitely love at first chocolate bite! I remember my first time biting into a sea salt drop. The marriage of two opposite flavors, chocolate and sea salt, are harmonizing to the palate. This quarter sized “drop” of chocolate keeps me addicted to Bridge Street Chocolates.

Let’s be honest: They have you under their spell. What keeps you coming back? The down to earth, personable, and excellent customer service orientated Gail and Tom keep me coming back first and foremost. Lets also not forget all of the beautiful looking and delicious truffles, and fun wasabi bark, and assorted kinds of chocolate covered pretzels. How can there be so much deliciousness and friendliness in one room?

If you could share this one true love with any local, what would their introductory chocolate box look like? What do they have to order to understand your obsession? An introductory chocolate box to a Bridge Street “newbie,” would include a bag of sea salt drops, a chocolate covered strawberry, a piece of chocolate sea salt caramel fudge, a toffee chocolate covered pretzel, and sea salt caramel truffles. One taste of any of these pieces, and a person would understand my obsession with the best chocolate store around.

To jump-start your own love affair, find Bridge Street Chocolates at 158 Bridge Street in Phoenixville, or online at bridgestreetchocolates.com.
