Phillips Seafood to Host a Spiked Brunch During Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival

Headed to the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival? Be sure to reserve your space for a very special Spiked Brunch at Phillips Seafood!

Saturday, July 27, join Chef Paul Drew at the Pier Shops at Caesars for a decadent, multi-course experience. Sip specialty cocktails and walk through the culinary process with Chef Drew during his entertaining cooking demos. Each dish and cocktail will highlight the premium libations of the Patrón family of spirits.

The menu profiles Chef Drew’s playful interpretations of the bright and vibrant flavors of summer, starting with a fish taco featuring Patrón Citrónage, grilled fruit, porcini-encrusted scallop and spicy seared tuna atop a soft tortilla. For your next course, delight in a salad pairing crispy tempura soft-shell crab with mixed seasonal greens and dressed with Ultimat Vodka, watermelon and pickled ginger. For his third course, Chef Drew will treat you to a mojito-inspired surf and turf: citrus-marinated mahi mahi and chipotle-spiced pork tenderloin, served with a creamy Pyrat Rum cream sauce, sautéed spinach and yuca fries. For dessert, prepare yourself for an indulgent creation concocted with Patrón XO Café Dark Cocoa.

This one-of-a-kind, educational, fun and delicious event will take place from noon to 3 p.m. All-inclusive tickets are $69 and can be purchased here.
