If you’ve been by Don Gabriel Mexican Restaurant in West Chester this week, you may have noticed that there was no dining taking place. Here’s the inside scoop: Don Gabriel will be closed from December 1–5 for renovations. When it reopens on December 6, it will be under new management and have a new name—Doña Linda!
Don Gabriel Mexican Restaurant has been a wonderful West Chester establishment, and we wish the owners well in their future endeavors. Let’s take a quick trip down memory lane, shall we.
We couldn’t have been more obsessed with Don Gabriel’s following selections: the pastor tacos (pastor everything!), the devil’s shrimp, the beef tongue tacos, the chile rellenos, the guacamole and the salsa selection. Don G’s no frills—just good food approach was one of the area’s finest.
For those who are ready to see what Doña Linda has in store for them, starting on December 6, the doors will be open for business and ready to welcome in the dining public.
