Even better, Philadelphia’s own Tenaya Darlington (aka Madame Fromage) and Emilio Mignucci of Di Bruno Bros. will be leading tastings during this unforgettable experience, and local cheese maker Sue Miller of Birchrun Hills Farm will be along on the journey, giving participants the unique opportunity to learn firsthand from cheese experts from both sides of the Atlantic.
