Cinco de Mayo is Friday, and there’s no better place to celebrate in Exton than Al Pastor, part of Eagleview’s new restaurant row.
The restaurant will be offering Patron Tequila drink specials and an outdoor pig roast for signature Al Pastor tacos. Live music starts at 5 p.m. We also recommend the Nachos Texacanos made with jack cheese, jalapenos and black beans, topped with short rib. Pair it with the Margarita Al Pastor, made with Reposado, fresh lime and pineapple juice and an allspice rim.
