Free Vinyasa & Vino Classes are Coming to Sweat Fitness

Let’s face it: everything is better with a glass of wine in your hand. And that includes yoga class! Join Sweat Fitness for free Vinyasa & Vino yoga classes every Friday in October from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Manayunk, Old City and Queen Village locations. This new series is a follow-up to Sweat’s popular Sweat and Sip program this past summer, where fitness enthusiasts congregated to get in a good workout and then cooled down with a cocktail at City Tip House.

Whether you’re into robust reds or crisp whites, you’ll have plenty of types of wine to choose from. The class plans to incorporate wine sipping in between traditional vinyasa poses. Enjoy sips of wine as you work through the warrior poses, and savor your drink as you work your way to downward facing dog. Just be careful when you’re in balancing poses!

Consider this fun alternative to the routine happy hour; plus, this happy hour will give you a workout, too!

While the class is free, you do need a ticket to attend. Tickets can be acquired online (one ticket per person). Please note this class is for adults 21 and over only. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early and bring a picture ID. This class is very popular and sells out quickly, so make sure to get your ticket as soon as possible! (Tickets for the following week are available the day after each event.)
