Now Open in Exton: Bluefin Eagleview

Great news, sushi fans: Bluefin Eagleview, the newest dining establishment to hit Eagleview Town Center’s Restaurant Row, opened its doors on Friday, July 7.

Bluefin Eagleview is chef Yong Kim’s third outpost of the well-regarded sushi restaurant. Yong Kim has been a key player in the region’s sushi scene since opening Bluefin Restaurant in East Norriton in 2000. Much like its predecessors, Bluefin Eagleview will serve traditional Japanese cuisine with innovative and contemporary twists set amid an ambiance that is carefully crafted to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Using only the freshest ingredients and top quality fish from around the world, Bluefin Eagleview has something for everyone. The menu features classic sushi rolls, along with exclusive Bluefin favorites including beef avo maki, ponzu soaked raw oysters and jalapeño kanpachi. Sushi lovers can sample the entire menu with a selection of diverse platters and guests are encouraged to BYOB. The staff can even assist with beverage pairing suggestions to compliment Bluefin Eagleview’s skillfully designed fare.

Bluefin Eagleview offers a private dining room, the perfect place to host a shower, rehearsal dinner, birthday or any other special group celebration. Catering can also be provided from Bluefin Eagleview’s kitchen.

Bluefin Eagleview is currently open for dinner Tuesday–Thursday from 5–10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 5–11 p.m.; and Sunday from 5–9 p.m. Lunch service is expected to begin soon.
