York’s Baron Von Schwein recently announced on Facebook that the brick-and-mortar location of the popular eatery would be rebranded. The new name of the restaurant will be Roost Uncommon Kitchen. The food truck will remain Baron Von Schwein.
Owner Jordan Pfautz shared in the York Daily Record that the menu’s new focus would be on breakfast and lunch and that “50 percent of the menu will be rotating specials, but much of the core menu will be comprised of favorites like the Smashmac Burger and the Porkstrami Reuben. Some of the Baron staples, including smoked meats, some side dishes and some sauces, will remain on the menu.”
