Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
Method
- Add blueberries, oats, yogurt, milk, ice, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 1 minute.
- Divide smoothie evenly between glasses. Serve and enjoy.
