Nourish PA for Kids: Graham Cracker Sandwiches

It requires no heat or sharp utensils – just a few simple ingredients that, together, become a sweet and adorable dessert or snack time sandwich. Kids of all ages will love this crafty, cute recipe.

Graham Cracker Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 graham cracker sheets, broken into 8 squares
  • 1/4 cup leftover frosting, Nutella, marshmallow fluff, or nut butter, like peanut butter, almond butter or sunflower butter
  • Sprinkles, chopped nuts, or crushed cookies, optional, for rolling

Method

  1. Onto half of the graham crackers, spread about 1 tablespoon of frosting, Nutella, or nut butter.
  2. Top each with another graham cracker square to form sandwiches.
  3. Press the filling gently to the edges and roll the sides in sprinkles or chopped nuts, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes to firm up.
