3-Ingredient Balsamic Dip

This quick and easy 3-ingredient balsamic dip from PA Veggies takes everything you love about the classic salad dressing and turns it into a nutritious veggie dip! Pair with crunchy carrot sticks and sweet cherry tomatoes for a snack that will have everyone (even the kids) coming back for more.

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Combine vinegar, oil and honey in a mason jar or salad dressing shaker.
  2. Swirl and shake to blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a small serving bowl for dipping.
