Pennsylvania Hot Honey

This PA hot honey is arguably our new favorite condiment. We can’t think of anything that wouldn’t be improved with a little drizzle of this sticky sweet, spicy mix! Try it on ice cream, eggs, pretzels, pizza, veggies, pork chops, fried chicken, fruit … you get the picture!

You can use any type of peppers you like – even ones from your own garden! To adjust spiciness, simply choose to include the seeds (more spicy) or not (less spicy). Also, while we are usually big fans of raw honey, it’s best to use pasteurized honey in this recipe, as raw will crystallize. Now, make a big batch and be prepared to fall in love with PA hot honey!
