This Thursday, September 1, starting at 5 p.m., every Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant Mug Club member that comes into their West Chester location will have a chance to win 1000 mug club points (that’s right, 1000 points which equates to an extra $75!).
Iron Hill West Chester will pouring 6 different beers that are currently being sent out to Colorado to be judged at this year’s Great American Beer Festival.To participate in the “Pick Me a Winner” contest, all mug clubbers have to do is pick their favorite beer of the roundup and if that beer wins any GABF medal(s), they will automatically win 1000 points. (No matter if the beer wins bronze, silver or gold, if it wins at all, you score 1,000 points!)
Better yet, Iron Hill is not making you order a mug of each beer, they will actually have a station set up for you to purchase a Pick Me a Winner Sampler. The beers to be judged are as follows:
- Phighting Phils Pils, brewed in West Chester
- Kryptonite, brewed in West Chester
- Samurai Saison (a Saison brewed with Sorachi hops), brewed in Wilmington
- Abbey Dubbel, brewed in Lancaster
- Dark Ritual (a black IPA), brewed in Lancaster
- Flemish Red, brewed in Lancaster
