Anthonys Coal Fired Pizza Wing

Get ready to dig into some tasty pizza, Italian specialties and coal-fired wings—the area’s first Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is set to open today at Hamilton Crossings shopping center in Lower Macungie Township.

The South Florida-based chain uses coal-burning ovens to create what it calls “well done” pizza. The brand, which now operates 10 Pennsylvania locations, is led by founder Anthony Bruno and NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino.
