Switching things up a bit is never a bad idea, especially in the ever-evolving culinary world. The staff of the Inn Keeper’s Kitchen at Dilworthtown Inn has managed to do just that. On March 5 during their monthly Craft Beer Dinner Series, they’re planning to introduce not only craft beer pairings but also wine pairings with dinner. Dinner will begin promptly at 7 p.m., and guests will enjoy a brew from Founders Brewing Company and a glass of Sebastiani‘s finest varietals during each of the five courses.
