Bottle Room to Host Lamb and Beer Dinner (March 12)

On March 12, the Bottle Room will be serving up a four-course lamb and beer dinner that we’re sure you’ll love!

The event unfolds from 7–10 p.m. and will include creative culinary dishes featuring pasture-raised, grass-fed lamb sourced from Day Spring Farm. Each course will be matched with a distinct beer pairing. Check out the menu below:

First Course

Lamb Tartare 
lamb loin, capers, mint, shallot and sea salt, served with egg yolk and crostinis 
Paired with Tripel Karmeliet

 Second Course

Spinach Salad 
baby spinach, pecans, apples, radish, blue cheese and lamb bacon with bourbon vinaigrette
Paired with Reissdorf Kolsch

 Third Course

Stout-Braised Lamb Shank
 served with root vegetable puree and au jus
Paired with 2012 Chimay Grand Reserve

 Fourth Course

Ice Cream Cake 
mint chocolate chip ice cream, brownie crust and vanilla cream frosting
Paired with Levante Bullitt Train Imperial Vanilla Stout
