Pink Sangria

Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 orange, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise and seeded
- 1 yellow peach, halved, pitted and sliced thinly
- ½ lemon, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise and seeded
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 (750-ml) bottle of Spanish rosado, chilled
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
- 1 (750-ml) bottle of demi-sec sparkling rosé, such as Spanish cava, chilled
Method
- Combine orange, peach, lemon and raspberries in a large pitcher.
- Add orange juice, rosado and orange liqueur, stir well and refrigerate for an hour.
- Just before serving, add sparkling rosé and stir well.
