Claudia was born in Bergamo, Italy, and came to the United States ten years ago with her husband, James Beard Award-winning chef Jeff Michaud. This trip provides the perfect way to explore this region of Italy while learning more about the cuisine and wines that are readily available in the area, including the decadent white truffles.
