The doors to Hamir’s Indian Fusion restaurant in York are now open!
As a previous Taste Test pop-up participant, it’s no wonder that Hamir’s Indian Fusion scored a brick-and-mortar spot in the downtown York area. The dining crowds embraced what they experienced of Chef/Owner Hamir Patel’s cooking during the Taste Test auditions and pop-up, and now they can explore more of this cuisine at the permanent location on S. George Street.
“My journey started with supporters who carried me into Taste Test, where we discovered that the idea for Indian fusion was sustainable and a great fit for Downtown York. I’m looking forward to introducing new customers and friends to unique dishes made with the freshest ingredients,” Patel said in a press release on the Downtown Inc website. “I’m here because of the guests who come into my restaurant. I’m very grateful for their support.”
Some of the menu offerings at Hamir’s Indian Fusion include tandoori chicken, coconut curry, tikka masala, palak paneer and many more offerings to satiate your Indian cuisine cravings.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner service and hours of operation are 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
