Infusion Indian Kitchen Pop-Up at Taste Test in York

Infusion Indian Kitchen

Grab a seat at the Taste Test Bar and Restaurant and try food from its first pop-up eatery, Infusion Indian Kitchen. Here, chef Hamir Patel takes traditional Indian recipes and meshes them with flavors from around the world. He was the first-ever Taste Test audition and came back for a second audition during Restaurant Week 2017 to secure his place as the restaurant incubator’s first pop-up.

One look at the menu, and you’re bound to find a few items catching your eye. To start, order the sev puri appetizer for a taste of spicy Indian street food, or the samosas for fried pillows of potato joy. And how about coconut curry, Indo-Chinese chicken or palak paneer for mains? Hungry for a little bit of everything? Explore the menu by ordering the thali, a sampling of the chef’s daily selections.
