Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons citrus juice, such as orange, lemon or lime
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 2 turnips, peeled and shredded
- 2 cups chopped or shredded lettuce
Method
- Combine citrus juice and oil in a large serving bowl, whisking vigorously until mixture is emulsified.
- Add turnips and lettuce and toss gently to coat.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
