Drafting Room Taproom & Grille to Host Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner

Drafting Room Taproom & Grille is pleased to present their 2011 Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner coming Thurs., Nov. 10 at 7 pm.

The beer-centric restaurant’s Chef Theo has teamed up with Sierra Nevada’s Area Sales Manager Patrick Mullin to host an incredible fall event featuring rare pours from the pioneering California-based craft brewery. Also, it’s important to note that this upcoming beer dinner will feature the complete Ovila Series (more info on that available here).

  • 10 Hour Braised Suckling Pig, Black Eyed Pea and Montgomery County Ham Hock Ragout, Toasted Pumpkin Seed Vinaigrette, Crispy Sage and Hand Cut Pork Belly “Pinch”

  • Free Trade Coffee & Serrano Chile Dry Roast Short Rib of Beef, Porter Glazed Gingerbread, Molasses Tinged Brussel Sprouts, Bitter Herb and English Cucumber Relish

Dessert of:

  • Macerated Fall Berry & Basil Crostada, Citrus Zested Crème, Malted Plum Gastrique
  • Paired with Sierra Nevada Ovila Quad

  • Amazing Acres Goat Cheese, Morbier “Day & Night Curd,” Fig Apple Chutney, Apricot Bourbon Jam, Grilled Rustic Bread
