The Downingtown Main Street Association (DMSA) will host a forum entitled “The Next Step in Downingtown’s Progress” at Victory Brewing Company on Friday, September 25, at 9 a.m. The DMSA will be working in part with the Downingtown-Thorndale Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry.
Join the discussion with local business, nonprofit and government leaders regarding major development projects set to improve the long-term health of Downingtown’s economy. Presentations will be made by Mayor Josh Maxwell, Team CMMD Foundation, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Eli Kahn Development and Andy Hicks of Tripoint Properties, Inc.
Topics of discussion include rail and transit-oriented development, mixed used and structured parking, country club-style mixed use as well as fighting cancer.
