Victory Brewing Co.’s Chili Challenge Returns February 10!

It may still be winter on Sunday, February 10, but that won’t stop Victory Brewing Company from heating things up at their 10th Annual Chili Challenge. Unfolding from noon  to 3 p.m. at the popular Downingtown brewpub, the competitive event is your chance to taste a variety of chilis and vote for your favorite.

This isn’t your ordinary chili festival where any Joe Shmoe is invited to enter his family’s secret recipe. This Chili Challenge showcases the culinary skills of Victory’s creative staff. From brewers to mechanics, lab technicians, office staff and restaurant personnel—all will compete with their best chili recipes. A panel of judges will be on site to cast their expert opinions while those Victory fans in attendance (that’s you) must have a say as well. Tasting and voting is not to be taken lightly as the winner will be presented with a prestigious “The People’s Pepper” award.

Victory’s Chili Challenge is open to the public and FREE to attend. There will be plenty of chili samples to enjoy and your favorite Victory beers will be available for pairing.
