It comes with no surprise that Victory Brewing Company has organized yet another must-attend event – this time a seasonal, beer-infused feast featuring several just-released beers, held on Tues., Oct. 18.
The evening’s anticipated menu and beer pairings are as follows:
Course One:
Pattypan Squash Kabobs with lime and chive gremolata parsnip crisps and spaghetti squash
paired with Harvest Pils
Course Two:
Smoked Cheddar Bacon and Local Apple Strudel with chili stewed raisins and chive oil
paired with Moonglow
Course Three:
Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin with chestnut whipped potatoes and cranberry relish
paired with Harvest Ale
Course Four:
Pink Peppercorn Seared Turkey Cutlets with cinnamon yam puree and HopDevil brussel sprouts
paired with Victory Otto (just released Oct. 15)
Course Five:
Victory Village Grilled Nut Bread with pumpkin spice ice cream
paired with Victory Village
