Five members of the Downingtown School of Rock will tour and perform from Virginia to Connecticut as part of the school’s AllStars program.
Also The Daily Local reported yesterday, the AllStars consist of three Downingtown residents: singer and guitarist Matt Diamond, singer Sammy Founds and drummer Brandon Bigos. The Downingtown AllStars will play alongside AllStars from the Schools of Rock of Delaware, Philadelphia and South Jersey. Each song will feature a different combination of musicians from the area.
The tour opened yesterday at Webster Hall in New York City. During the tour, the AllStars will play songs such as No Doubt’s “Just a Girl” and the Rolling Stones’ “Let’s Spend the Night Together” from the past five decades.
