Menu Preview of Avalon Pasta Bistro, Coming Soon to Downingtown

Chef/owner John Brandt-Lee of the coming-soon Avalon Pasta Bistro is arms’ deep in modernizing the classically-styled, previously popular East Lancaster Avenue spot for one that premieres an energetic, upbeat setting and concentrates on homemade pastas, flatbreads, salads, an impressive selection of artisan cheeses, and a 15-plus antipasto platter.

You’ve heard us detail you on the progression of his future Downingtown space (his first is in West Chester, on South High Street), including revealing scenes of its renovations and how you could be a part of the bistro via his Kickstarter (over $12,000 was pledged). Now, we are already drooling over his preview of the Pasta Bistro’s menu, which you may take a peek at below.
