Sugar Rush: Tradestone Confections Debuts Artisan Chocolate Shop in Conshohocken

Fans of sweets have a reason to celebrate as Tradestone Confections, an artisanal chocolate shop, has debuted on Fayette Street in the heart of Conshohockon. Situated next door to his well-regarded BYOB, Blackfish, Chip Roman has opened the quaint storefront with former Le Bec-Fin colleague, pastry chef Fred Ortega. The result of the partnership is pure decadence.

PA Eats‘s Editor in Chief, Amy Strauss, writes in Main Line Today that Tradestone Confections, “boasts huge caloric possibilities in the form of classic and eclectic bonbons, barks, bars, turtles, fruit jellies and more. Steamy La Colombe pours from a machine made in Italy, with coffee and wine pairings coming soon.” Read more about Tradestones Confections here.
