Bistro on Bridge is getting taken over—not once, but twice—in June!
On Friday, June 7, starting at 7 p.m., Evolution Craft Brewing Co. will be taking over the Bistro’s taps. They’ll be bringing Evolution Special 608, Prelude Gold, Exile ESB, Incubator 1, Rise Up Stout, Lot 3 American IPA, Lot 6 American Double IPA and a Firkin/Cask to be determined.
On June 13, starting at 7 p.m., Maine Beer Company will be taking over the taps with its Peeper, Mo, Mean Old Tom and Lunch brews. Adding Lunch to the draft list is cause for a celebration in itself, since it’s rare for beer-lovers to find this IPA on tap.
