Every Tuesday night, chef/owner Chip Roman preps a four-course tasting menu that spotlights one ingredient. Tomorrow, scallops will be showcased on as this menu’s special guest, and duck is up next for May 17’s menu. The cost is $45, excluding tax and gratuity.

Blackfish is located at 119 Fayette Street in Conshohocken.
