Exploring Summer Rieslings with Teca Restaurant & Wine Bar

Bob Trimble, the Wine Guy, will host his fifth West Chester Wine Course on Monday, Aug. 15 at Teca Restaurant & Wine Bar. Striving to demystify wine through what he calls “edutainment,” Bob makes wine education fun and enjoyable for each and every attendee of his courses.

Tonight’s class will focus on exploring our favorite sipping wine of the season—Riesling! Beginning at 6:15 pm and running until 7:45 pm, taste your way through the complex characteristics of the summer-time favorite, seen in many masks, from sweet to dry, and racy,

Riesling is one of the world’s four noble grapes and has been grabbing a lot of attention lately all over the world. The Wine Guy would like to celebrate this notorious grape with you, so join in for the party know as “Summer of Riesling 2011” by bringing people together and engaging them in conversation with a glass or two booming with the grape of “Balance, Complexity, Delicacy, Longevity and Contemplation!”
