Friends of Eclat Chocolate & Pastry Series Host Pastry Chef Patrick Peeters

Eclat Chocolate announces it’s first class of their “Friends of Eclat Chocolate & Pastry Series” to be taught by Chef Patrick Peeters on Saturday, July 16 from 4 to 6 pm.

Hosted at Eclat Chocolate’s headquarters (24 South High Street, West Chester), this is the first course of Eclat’s hands-on, chocolate-making series, which will premiere the world-renowned pastry chef and chocolatier Patrick Peeters.

Chef Peeters will teach sweet treat-loving participants on how to use various chocolates for four different desserts. The opportunity to learn and work alongside of a chef like Peeters does not come often to West Chester, especially in such a small forum, so be sure to reserve your spot today!

The cost per person for the course is $75 per person, with 15 spots available. Call 610-692-5206 for reservations.
